- Pier Simeri, Community Relations & Public Affairs Office for the City of Avondale, AZ, will discuss Avondale’s four-day work week program, Green Friday, and how the City made it work with right timing, progressive leadership, flexibility, understanding customers’ needs, and creative marketing.
- Jeff Herring, Department of Human Resource Management for the State of Utah, will review Governor Jon Huntsman’s compressed work week initiative, Working 4 Utah, and summarize the lessons learned and impacts that informed the discussion about whether the change should be made permanent.
