TDM planning is an important strategy for ensuring access to activity centers in an efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner. TDM products and services include flexible work-hour programs, parking management tactics, and incentives to use transportation alternatives such as carpools, vanpools, transit, bicycles, and walking.
