VanGo Wins Motor Vehicle Safety Award CIRSA Awards Vanpool Program for Lowest Accident Frequency  

 

Fort Collins, Colorado – The North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization is pleased to announce their VanGo™ Vanpool Services program has won the Motor Vehicle Safety Award (see page 2 of the attached PDF) given by CIRSA (Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency).  VanGo received the award at the 2009 CIRSA Safety Committee meeting in Vail on June 17th.  

The Motor Vehicle Safety Award is given to the fleet having the lowest motor accident frequency rates in their mileage category in 2008.  The Motor Vehicle Accident Frequency Rate is computed by multiplying the number of vehicle claims times 1,000,000 then dividing the total vehicle miles driven for the year.
