2008 VanGo Survey Results Released

Survey Achieves 75% Response Rate from Vanpoolers

Fort Collins, Colorado—The North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization (NFRMPO) has released the results of the 2008 Vanpooler’s Survey. The survey evaluated customer satisfaction across four participating agencies. The National Research Center, Inc. of Boulder administered the vanpooler survey on behalf of the VanGo, RideArrangers (Denver Metro), Metrorides (Colorado Springs), and Commuteride (Idaho). 

The four agencies invited all current vanpoolers to complete the online and mailed survey. VanGo distributed 435 invitations and 402 members completed the survey for an overall response rate of 75%.
